My Italian cousin taught me to make manicotti with crepes instead of the shells. It requires more work, but the results are to die for.

You should find them in the pasta section of any large grocery store, they are usually on the top shelf near the lasagna noodles if you can't find them look for large shells you can make manicotti in them too.. Barillos' is the brand I use.

I get mine at Albertsons or Safeway or Hy-Vee or Dahl's or any large supermarket. They're in the pasta aisle with all the other pastas, usually near the jumbo shells and lasagna sheets.
