I need to stay in the Honolulu area

Find someone in the military - they get GREAT discounts on base. You can get a two bedroom (yes bedroom) cabin on the beach on base (still beach, doesn't look military) for $60 per night.
No joke.

You are not going to find a sweet in Honolulu for $100. Do a Yahoo search and type in hotels in Honolulu. Good Luck!!!!!!

The only one I know of is the Maile Sky. 1 star economy property and I can tell you this property is a dive, but you do get what you pay for. I think of here what you get for a $100.00 dollars let alone Hawaii which isn't exactly cheap. You aren't going to find a suite for $100.00. This room at the Maile Sky would be standard either 1 king or 2 doubles.
I'm sorry, but what you are asking just isn't realistic at all. You are asking for Champagne on a Beer budget.
If you are able to I would up your budget to try and at least get a decent place to stay, let alone a 2 bedroom suite.

Good luck with that idea. I got a suite for under $100 cuz my friend worked at the hotel.

The lowest rate you'll be able to find is at the Marc Diamond Head Beach Hotel and it'll run about $ 138/night.
