i think it's arabic, but sorry i don't know what it means
the only thing i can write in arabic is my name

It's a Farsi (Persian) sentences. If we translate it word by word it means: "England had a friend not you", but as you can see it doesn't seem meaningful.
I think that the correct sentences is "انگلیسی دوست داشت نه شما را" that means: "He/She loved English not you" or " He/she didn't love you and only loved English"

all words are farsi (persian) but the sentence does not make sence.
انگليس :England
يدوست :a friend
داشت :had
نشما :not you
England had a friend not you
