What do you mean by "best place"? You want a place where it's easier to give them or where they won't be seen?
Be careful...hickies are bruises and on rare occasions, can cause blood clots.

It all depends on a few things:
1) Are you trying to 'mark your territory'?
2) Does he mind if they show?
3) is it predetermined in your own mind or is it done in the heat of the moment?
If its yes to 1, then definetly on the neck.
If it is no to 2 and yes to 1, then again, the neck is fine.
If it is no to 1, then below the belt line is probably best where no one else but you and he will see it.
If the answer to 3 is heat of the moment, then you probably are not thinking about where to put it, your mind is more than likely in the clouds, so who cares!

anywhere... if you do not want anyone to know that he is getting hickies from you, and so they cant be seen, they should be given under the shirt, like the collar bone. also, near the shoulder. (of course not on top, but a little underneath.
A really good place to give him one that gets him going is on his stomache. Just fool around and try different places... Have fun!!

Hickies are bad. They are broken blood vessels and can actually cause medical issues. They seem all fun when we are teenagers, but found out later on that they are quite bad. Just give misterious kisses on hidden places. Equally fun!!!
