No, I think it has something to do with the large starch content in rice.

I have, on the other hand, stored riced in the fridge for a couple of days. It will last. Anyways, I don't think there is any need to freeze rice, it's so quick and easy to make.

Yes, just cool it, then crumble it into a ziplok bag.Freeze and then when need open the top of the ziploc and sit the bag in a bowl, zap in microwave and heat.Then just shake it out of the bag, ready to go......

Yes you can - add a little water and it heats up just fine in the microwave

yup, i've done it before. its just a little bit dryer when you reheat it, but still tastes good!

yes...you can freeze just about anything!...make sure when you take it out & heat it to add water to it or it will be nasty and dry....lol
