In case you have not figured it out - you are on probation in order to give you a chance to get your life in order.
One of the best ways to get your life in order and become an adult is to stop doing drugs.
Unless _you_ change you will wind up back in court again anyway.

Yes, you can be tested because you are still on probation until your release date or a judge releases you. A judge in my county orders drug tests quite often before he sentences someone and right before they are released as well. Good luck!

I suspect they can do a test anytime they choose.
Scheduled or random.
Do you intend to go to court under the influence of drugs?
Is there something that makes you think they might test you in court?
They are not going to make you urinate in cup in courtroom.
You won't have to show everybody your pee pee.

Yes dont screw up now. They can (and will ) test right up until you get a letter in the mail telling you that your probation is over. dont get stopped before you get that letter or it goes straight to your probation officer.

You will be....your *** belongs to the State when you are on probation...you can be tested anywhere anytime

They could ask you to do the cup test. If you have nothing to hide, give it up and expect good results!

Yes they can. And if it comes back dirty, you will have your probation extended. Obviously, you didn't learn your lesson!
