Is this a trick question?

As I am knowledgeable about those three languages (although I do write Spanish quite poorly), I think that the German child would know more. German seems the most complex to me because one must actively know several cases (but not nearly as much as someone who speaks Finnish) and have a thorough understanding of the parts of their language.

However, if I take this as it is written (somewhat poorly...no offense), I would think that the English child would know more because the English child would know English and Spanish/German while the Spanish/German child knows only Spanish/German...unless of course the German child learns Spanish and vice versa. In that case, the one that speaks both German and Spanish would know more than the Englisher who speaks English and German or Spanish. Spanish and German are more complex than English in my opinion...

And as a Russian myself, I know that if you toss in a Russian child as well, the Russian child takes all!
