You are starving yourself...stop it...this is not healthy...educate yourself and adopt a reasonable diet..or be ready to pay the consequences.

Holy crap!

OK, it's good to drink lots of water. I can't speak to the aloe vera juice, as I know nothing about it. Mixed nuts are good for you.

However...

Any diet which restricts the types of food you can eat that much is not good. You need to have a varied diet in order for it to be considered healthy. It is not physically possible to lose that much fat in such a short period of time. The loss you have experienced up to this point is water weight.

I would suggest a diet that includes lots of fruits and veggies, lean proteins and whole grains. If you are looking for structure, might I suggest Weight Watchers? I've had great success on it.

While nuts are a healthy source of protein, only eating nuts could be a problem. Try adding in fresh veggies, chicken and fish. You need roughage to keep the nuts moving through your digestive system. Drinking that much water is great...but make sure you don't overdo. As we've seen in the news lately, too much of a good thing IS bad for you.

all i do to lose weight is cut each meal i have in half. Its all about portion control. Eat as much fruits and veggies as you want but cut that piece of chicken in half. 1 piece of toast instead of 2. Just the meat on the burger no bun. throw a multivitamin in there and a bunch of water and u got a diet.

You're not losing fat, you're losing water weight. Mono diets are a bad idea. Humans need a variety of nutrients, not just one.
