OK, I realise that its a cultural thing and what I consider 'weird' might be normal to you.
however, just for the fun of it:
I have eaten Locusts, Pigs trotters and cow stomach (tripe) - but not all at the same time :-)

My apologies, alsimpson1234 - it may well be Sheeps stomach. In my defence, I didn't actually take it from the animal, and when they are laying in onions and gravy they all look the same :-)

In the southern U.S. (which is where I am from), I have eaten alligator meat (it's really nice), frog legs (would be good if they weren't frog legs...just the thought), snails (not good at all), squirrel (it's okay) and my aunt has eaten squirrel brains because that's what my papaw use to like...I haven't and don't plan on trying them. I have a teacher who has eaten everything from Mountain Oysters (a bull's privates) to Opossum.
In other places, I have tried squid among other sea food critters. I didn't really like it....I love sea food, just not that type.

i do no longer definitely understand what i've got eaten, yet right this is the back tale. whilst i replaced into sixteen I went to Barcelona with a pair of pals. We ended up in an all you may consume seafood eating place, additionally the wine replaced into coated in the get entry to fee (approximately £9 if reminiscence serves) yet beer had to be paid for one after the other. The wine glasses have been tiny so i bought an costly beer and used the vast glass to standard the beer barrels. Being a young sixteen y/o I even have been given thoroughly paralytic inebriated and curiously sampled the whole self service delicacy delights. Squids, crustaceans, each and every of the nasty looking (and tasting) issues that lurk in the Mediterranean. I come exterior and threw my insides up and replaced into undesirable for almost a week! :I

Snail and frogs legs in Garlic.
Both were delicious.
P.S. Tripe is definitely COWS stomach, have you seen the size of some of the pieces you can get - I would hate to meet a sheep that big on a dark night.

Locusts are NICE....mmmmmmhhhh!!!
I drew the line at cockroaches but I have eaten tripe, pigs feet, elder (pigs liver) and deep fried song bird. Still prefer pork and pork based products though.

Most wierd things are meat- I'm a veggie, so I'm often dissappointed when I go abroad that lots fo the regional dishes aren't edible for me, however I did have cactus salad in Mexico which was slimy, and when in Nepal we used to eat 'ghundruk' sometimes, it was a dried leafy thing which they boiled in stock to eat with rice and curry. It tasted like boiled tobacco to me (though I've never tried that) I used to dread it.

Alligator tail. Don't like it anymore...too fishy and chewy.
Of course, that's not as exotic as chocolate-covered bat wings or cow stomach. Never had that and hope I never will!!
Oh yeah, milk with dried onion chunks and paprika and nutmeg and ground mustard...never doing that again.

Turkey testicles. It was very popular in the town I used to live in. Once a year they'd have a "Turkey Fry". Served with coleslaw and Texas toast of course. Actually not bad, but not surprisingly salty. ;)

Once at a sushi bar I had sea urchin. i usually love sushi, but this was disgusting! It was a pale gray color and it had the exact consistency as Flem, you know, that stuff that comes up when you have a cough?! I recommend that you stay away from this stuff!
