"Having time" is a matter of creativity and priorities. If health and fitness are not important to you, then of course its a low priority. The President has time to run and bike. Are you more busy than he is?
You may think differently when you're older and wish you were able do things your friends, kids and grandkids are doing.
If you're creative, you can work exercise into your routine without taking up a lot of extra time. Biking or walking to work or run errands can get you exercise in time that would otherwise be wasted. Ditch the snowblower and riding mower and do those jobs by hand. Run or bike to the kids' soccer and baseball games.

If you mean going to a gym then unfortunately it will do you little good in the short run. Do your best to shoot for 2x strength training (it does not have to be for a whole hour). The good news is you can always find time for cardio - take the stairs, go for a walk, or a run. Try not to veg out on the weekends or your day off. The more motivated you become, the more fitness you will try to squeeze in.

Yep. Doing cardio exercise three times a week for 20 minutes each time (= 1 hour) gives you major health benefits, especially for your heart and lungs. It also decreases stress and makes you want to eat healthier.

Yes! any work out is better than none. Also try parking further away and walking, and taking the stairs instead of elevators.
Here are some exercises you can do at your desk (or whatever):

Physically, you won't gain anything from an hour a week.
Mentally, it will do you well.
In order to reach our exercise goals (gaining, losing, toning, cardio fitness, etc.) we have to do at least 30 minutes a day 4 days a week.

if you have a hour a week, split it up into three 20 min workouts or two 30 mins. depending on what is a more viable option for you, you can still put together really good full body workouts.
