This early in your pregnancy there isnt anything you cant do that you did before you were pregnant as far as physical activity goes.
I was 6 weeks pregnant and moving boulders in the yard, chopping tree roots with an ax, and running and jumping all over the place. I even when hiking and canoeing in the summer heat.
You'll know you lifted something too heavy because it makes you hurt and bleed. After 13 weeks the general rule of thumb is 25 pounds as a limit. But this early on, that doesnt apply.

Ummm....I don't really understand what you're saying but here goes. Your symptoms sound like you're period is coming. You're not late at all, so you shouldn't be having any symptoms of pregnancy at all. Right now, if you were pregnant, the baby is just a bunch of cells. There is no way that carrying something heavy this early could cause you to have a miscarriage. Wait until the 25th and take a pregnancy test. You can't be in love with something that doesn't exist. And I'd bet money that you're not pregnant.

I hope you are pregnant. Take an early pregnancy test and relax. You can do everything the same whether or not you're pregnant. It may be too soon to get an accurate result so test again closer to when you're due too. You need to realize that you may not have gotten pregnant and I hope you won't be on here obsessing about a negative result and could you really still be pregnant. You absolutely need to calm down. Take it one day at a time.

Well you could go get a test and know now. 5 days is for the blood test. Try a home pregnancy test. as for tired... when you are pregnant you will feel like you can not physically breathe some days in the begining you are so tired. As for carrying... 20 lbs is the max. You should not lift more then that! Good luck!

Calm down, first of all. Stress is the worst thing on you right now.
There is no way to know for sure if you're pregnant unless you take a pregnancy test. Urine tests are pretty accurate as early as 1-4 days after your missed period. You could go to your Dr. and ask for a blood serum pregnancy test -- those are 100% accurate.
Try not to lift too much at any time, whether you're pregnant or not ~ women are not designed to lift, men are.

Go to your local drug store and buy a home pregnancy test. They are very accurate and will actually give results sooner than the doctor. Good luck, and God bless!
