most dont like being cold, and feeling insecure. Bath time can result in those things for a lot of babies.
Try having someone strip and hand you your baby in the shower. Babies like this because theyre against your skin, and showers make the bathroom quite warm. Thats how I bathe my baby. Its just easier. I have my husband hand him to me when iam done bathing.

Mine didn't like his bath time at first but then we found it was because we were making the water too cold. Also, try taking him in the bath with you but be careful. And be careful he doesn't poop on you. It's hard to stay calm when there is a big string of poop coming towards you and you can't get away from it.

Have you tried the bath seats so that the baby can sit up in the tub? My youngest nephew didn't like baths until we got him one of those.

for every child who dosen't like baths it is the mother's fault. you must have printed this impression on him by being either hurried or afraid at his first baths. you didn't mention its age, any way try starting to give it baths for fun and make bath time as happy occasion for you and the baby

the water may be the wrong temperature- most parents do that without realizing it.
Also your child may not like the bubbles or finds the bathtub uncomfortable.
My nephew hated baths as a baby because he just didn't like the water getting on his face- though it was never much just a few drops and he'd be screaming.
However he is almost 3 now and we can't get him away from water!

My oldest did not like them either so to helpher feel secure I used to go in the tub with her and hold her. It was easier then being at the sink and it was nice. Good luck I believe that it is a security thing.

a lot of kids dont...my boys hated them until they were like 4, my daughter on the other hand loves them
