I can't say much without knowing what behavior caused the break-up. If it's something you did, you would have to honestly and truly be willing to start changing - right away.

She's probably trying to avoid you right now because it DOES hurt her. After 7 years, yes she probably has plenty of feelings, including that of hopelessness (which may be driving her to ditch you). So while she may be hurting, she wants to get over the pain, and the best way to do that, is to avoid you.

Of course, getting rid of all your belongings will be a big part of that, too.

My best advice, is to leave her be. If she really has any feelings for you, she'll want you back the moment you STOP paying attention to her.

For her to tell you she doesn't love you or have any feelings for you has got to be the worst feeling in the world. I can't say that I could be with someone for seven years and not have feelings at all. She wasted your time. On the other hand, you also mentioned you two have had your issues (everyone does in relationship, whether they are in denial or not). Most issues can be worked through. However, if they were trust issues, it may be a little harder to deal with. Your behavior (cheating, drinking/partying, anything of the sort) could be another reason why she left. I agree, you should wait a few weeks, let her calm down, and try to contact her and see what went wrong. Hopefully, you guys can fix it. If not, try to move on.

You have to give her some space first off, so that she can sort out her feelings.
After a bit, send her some flowers and let her know you still love her and are thinking about her.
The fact is, sometimes peoples feelings do change. Alot of relationships end around the 7 year mark, the 7 year itch gets to alot of couples.
Other than letting her know that you are there and you miss her, theres nothing you can do but wait.
Get out with your buddies, see your family, do something you enjoy.

if you want to get her back, dont act like you want her back. if you call and call and keep emailing her shes never going to want you back! Because girls want what they can't have! if you want her to come back to you then don't act like you want her back!Move on! Not too soon though! And even if you don't want to be with other girls, go out! And let her see you having fun! And not crying over her! When she figures out that you can be happy without her, she'll want you back! Me and my guy were together 2 years and i broke up with him because i wanted something new! But it didn't take him a week to get a new girl! And I wanted him back sooooo bad! And lucky me, he took me back!
