last night i was just sitting playing a game and all of a sudden i got this sharp pain in my lower right abdomen. I could barely stand up and sit down it hurt so bad. I went home and went to sleep and woke up at about 5am only this time the pain was right in the center of my lower abdomen. It doesnt hurt as much as it did last night...the pain in the center of my abdomen feels like i just did 400 situps. Could i have pulled a stomache muscle or is this something different?

Do you still have your appendix? You really should see a doctor...especially if the pain has "moved" from where it was several hours before. This could be "rebound" pain, meaning it still hurts in the same place, but feels like it's in a different place.

You should really see a doctor. I had similar issues a few years ago, and I ended up being diagnosed with Crohn's Disease. Definitely ask the doctor about Crohn's and Colitis.

You might want to go to the Dr. if the pain gets any worse because you might have a problem with your appendix

You should definitely see a doctor. There could be several things wrong. You could have a cyst on your ovary.
