Definitely Vanquis - They gave me one when I maxed out my Capital One card.

Capital One or Monument (Barclays) offer credit cards for people with poor credit histories. But the credit limits are often very low, but they can be used to repair your credit rating.

Pre-pay would be a sensible option, that way you wouldnt be able to get into even more debt
