did you have any fears about seeing a chiropractic, and if so what were they and did they go away afterwards?

I was scared that they were just a money-grabbing scam. A few years back, I twisted my back out of alignment to the point that I was bed-ridden for days.
A friend recommended a chiro for me. Since I was not getting better, I decided I had little to lose so I went. Within hours, I was walking again.
I wouldn't recommend a chiro to everyone. Some people don't do well with it and some chiros really do a bad job and mess things up. I was lucky to find this one and that it worked for me.

chiro really messed me up. go see a physiatrist. they are doctors who specialize in treating the body with physical therapy
