I met this girl and we have gotten to know each other quite well. We have become quite close and we are now best friends. We can talk to each other about anything, anytime. Recently, as I have gotten to know her much more I think I have started to like her. We say flirty things to each other but just jokingly. However, she already has a boyfriend so I can't ask her out or anything. I am confused and I don't know what to do. Oh also, how can I know if she feels even a little the same way with me? Please help. Thanks in advance.

I am afraid that if I tell her and she does not feel the same way, our friendship will be ruined. What do I do?

This is a situation that only time will take care of. Slow down,,,stay friends, keep doing what you've been doing cause it works! This girl has a boyfriend right now, but stay close and when the time is right (after they aren't a couple") tell her you'd like to take her on a date, or buy her a card...just make your move when the time is right. Friends is a GREAT way to start, but watch for the time to tell her more

Well, I have known my best friend for about 20 years.. I was friends with him that long, and we realized that we wanted to be more than friends, it worked out well....All I can suggest to you is that you tell her how you feel, because if you don't take a chance, you will never know, right???? And some (most ) of the best relationships start out with friendships, believe it or not.. Like I said, we started out as friends, both of us involved with other people, and I told him one day how I felt, and it has been great ever since...... Give it a try, and I wish you the best!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have seen good friendships fall apart because of feelings like yours. If you want to remain her friend you should probably take a breather from her. Let your feelings subside and then hang out with her again. It's really easy to fall for someone you get along well with but in this case she is already taken. Would you honestly want to be with someone who would leave their current man for you? They will just do the same thing to you when you get boring.

Well if you really like her you have to tell her how you feel or it will eat you up in side (boyfriend or no boyfriend). If you both flirt back and forth with one another most likely she thinks a bout you on another level any way, if I were you i would tell her how i feel ask her what she thinks and if the feeling isn't mutual then try to continue to be friends.

Well consider the fact that, if you guys go out or you ask her, you might wreck your closeness or your tight-friendship with her.
Remember a friendship is better than a relationship!

But if its really bugging you, just say Im starting to like you etc etc.
Good luck bwaii!

Go to a party with her (somewhere where you can get a lil tipsy, or fake it). Let her see you sip on something. At the end of the night kiss her...see if she kisses you back. If she rejects you or freaks out blame it on the drink.

well if your best friends then i highly dont recommend dating her! it will only cause problems later on, i know you like her a lot but you will have to choose between being friends for life or dating and possibly breakin up and not talkin for long. its hard to deal with but you should never date your best friends. good luck.

Be patient, time will tell and stay friends. She could become single tomorrow.

If she flirts with you that maybe because she feels a little something for you
