21, she doesn't know what she wants. And she probably doens't want to settle down yet. Does "intimately" mean sex?

Hmmm. I won't even ask if you love her because at this point I think it is attraction... Love takes time to grow.
But, unless you're a dog and been using her, and I don't think you are because a dog wouldn't be here asking this question...
Are you ready for her to break your heart? I believe she is using you. Maybe not intentionally, but having an older man makes her feel special. As soon as she finds a more exciting man, or is bored with you, she'll dump you.
And is she mature enough to keep you interested?
Personally if I was single, I wouldn't bother with a woman under 27. And she'd have to be deep, like intellectual. But then I like smart women..

I don't think there is a problem here but her parents might disagree. Treat her with the utmost respect, have fun and don't subject her to any pressure. Her parents may appreciate that you are better for her than some of the younger guys around. With your maturity you could be the ideal boyfriend.

I have this 15 years rule: never more than an age gap of 15 years.
15 years older means he or she could be your mother/father, it's a generational difference, and we dont want it, do we?
So if you are 13 years older than she, you both belong to the same generation which should be okay.

If neither of you care about your ages. Then who cares? Do her parents care? Make sure that it is okay with her parents and yours. A married couple with family that does not like your spouse... isn't good.
