I'm being 100% serious here. Save the jokes and moral lessons for another day. There's a girl that I like. She likes me. She's been in a lot of trouble lately. She's staying in a shelter because of a dad that isn't much of dad to her. She's been neglected. But do to legal matters we can't be together. Is there anything to make her be with me?

DO NOT cast spells for this. You cannot force it. It will either happen or it won't and doing things against other peoples will is the surest way to bring bad things against yourself.
She needs to get help, from the police and childrens serices, and the least of her concerns right now (no offense) is (and should be) you.
If you're willing to tough it out, you'll be together, or you'll grow apart. Whatever happens, things are rarely ever easy or perfect.
Btw, I'm a witch and saying not to do it. I hope that means something.

nothing that would not be better achieved through traditional means.
the things that come to mind most readily is attempting to help through "normal" means until such time as the "legal matters" are no longer an issue, or to try to find a way around them. of course, would not mean breaking any laws, but theres not really any way to reccomend without details that probably aren't even appropriate to go into here.
the point is that it doesn't really work like that, and that you can probably find a way to solve it without such methods.
