Your old corporation is needed by ability of federal regulation to provide you a W2 by ability of Jan 31. It feels like your corporation took out the deductions out of your pay (federal, state and social protection) and did no longer deliver the money in. giving you a W2 would disclose his scheme. report your taxes besides. in case you have your very final pay stub from 2010, use that if it shows your complete pay for the 300 and sixty 5 days. touch the IRS for added information on what you're able to do.

In cases where you can't get a copy of a W-2, the IRS allows you to use Form 4852, Substitute for Form W-2, avaiable on the IRS website at www.irs.gov. On the form, you'll fill in the income you earned, the taxes withheld, the name and Tax ID of the employer, etc., as well as the reason you couldn't get a replacement W-2, and include it with your tax return.
Of course, if you lost the W-2, you probably don't know all that information. But the IRS does, and can look it up using your social security number. You can call them at 800-829-1040 and ask them what their records reflect for your account for that year.
