Everybody in the world will die eventually
The rose, the cat and man himself
Might die today
We all might...
It is surely written in Deutsch(i`m studying it:)
It`s really nice and: keep on doing this stuff, is surely not pessimistic, is what happens around us daily, right?
:)

Everything on the earth is going to end, one day. A rose, a cat, and even a man can die today, like everything else does.
You can't quite get the same clever sequence of images in English as the German manages to put over. I would call it resigned, rather than pessimistic.

It is German and says:
Everything on earth will eventually end
The rose, the cat, and even the man,
can die today
like everything can ...
The original text is phrased a little strange, I think.

Let me try:
Everyone on the earth dies once
the roses, the cats, and men themselves
can die today
we all can
(German)
Not pessimistic, realistic.
I like it, it has a really nice flow =)
