I'm 17-years-old and about 53kg and 1.65metres tall. Since I was a kid I've not eaten any vegetables at all. I'm a total carnivore. Although my upper body is pretty skinny I can't say the same for my thighs and legs, particularly my thighs. My butt is getting pretty big too. Does it have anything to do with the fact that I don't eat vegetables at all? And would eating vegetables from now on change it? HELP!

No....body type is genetic...meat calories and vegetables calories are the same. Now you may eat more calories by just eating meat. Mix up the diet a bit and go out walking, fast. This helps burns any excess calories you may take in when does consistently.

You are getting huge amounts of protein that could cause you to feed your muscles ( body builders do that) but if the rest of you is skinny it is probably genetics.
Here's a scary fact for you....If you dont eat vegetables you are most likely going to get colon cancer. You need them for nutrients, but also to scrape clean the walls of your colon or things will stick to the walls. Then it will start to rot inside you and create cancer. It is no joke, talk to your doctor about this before it is too late...

I love vegtables so by all means eat vegtables.
The hips and butt excersize my daughter did was to sit flat leg on the floor and inch forward and back its kinds of fun and shes has shaply hips and butt.

At a health food seminar I went to I heard that a person should replace milk with green veggies. He said we are the only mammals that drink another mammals milk. I replaced cereal with milk with yogurt and this seems to eliminated my migraines aslo.

I do like your approach of shapeing areas of your body rather than concentrating on your weight.

I think that eating vegetables will increase your health, but about the thigh thing, just try to do exercises that involve your legs, such as using the tredmill.

Welcome to the club kid, i'm almost carnivorous too. Not eating veg not gonna give you big *** and bigger thighs. But you ought to start eating vegs cause it aids in peristalsis, and spare you from colon cancer. And eating veg not gonna change anything.
