My boyfriend lives with me and you know how that can go, but every time i don't want to have sex, he doesn't care, i say NO, don't or i say,Don't do this! And he gets on top of me, somtimes i've tried to push him off me and he's too, strong, but when he forces himself inside of me i give in everytime, he says that if i didn't want to have sex then i wouldn't, but in some way i feel he is just as guilty. is this rape?

YES IT IS! It is called forced sex!!!!! you have to tell someone or break it off with him !!!!!!! He is pushing and forcing you to do something you don't want to do! It sounds like he is just using you! Think about your relationship, does all he want is sex?!?!?! You better get out now! Who knows what else he will do in the future! He sounds really dangerous!!!!! For your own sake!!!!! Please! Get out!!!!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE! This is rape and sexual abuse! He sounds horrible!!!!!!

Hmmm....well if you try your HARDEST for him to get off of you, and you keep saying NO.....and when he forces himself inside of you and you STILL say no the whole time through then yes....that's considered rape!!!â¥

That's rape... any act of sexual intercourse that is forced upon a person.. You need to let him know that you really don't him to do this.. If he really loves you then he would not do this to you.

YOU SAID NO!!!!! RAPE and tell him that is a felony even if you did let him since he already started. I did it to my husband after many warnings and he didn't think it was rape but guess what!! IT IS RAPE!!!!!!!
