Well, the first step to eliminating toxins is to quit ingesting them. That means avoiding all processed foods, chemicals, dyes and preservatives-commercial milk, meat, and breads are loaded with them. I would recommending juicing carrots, apples, parsely and beets, all great cleansers (if you dont have a juice extractor, they can easily be found at thrift shops and flea markets for a few dollars-I got an 89 dollar juicer, new in the box for 5 dollars at a flea market) Eat raw fruits and veggies, or lightly steamed. Brown rice is a healthy option, and is yummy stir fried with veggies. Read labels on the foods you consume-you might be SHOCKED at why your heart is working so hard to eliminate toxins-most people are unaware of what they are actually consuming. If I cant pronounce an ingredient, or dont readily know what it is or where it came from, I dont eat it. Good luck on your diet

Foods that contain Omega 3 like salmon and other fish. There are spreads that contain it.
Anti oxident foods include most greens like broccoli.

Low fat and less oily/fried items are good for heart.Vegetarianism is the best.Sprouted grams,cucumber,greens etc good food.Gooseberry is a natural toxins cleaner
