If the county court has a website they usually provide information free of charge, otherwise you likely will need to go to the county office in person to view the records for free (but if you want copies they will probably charge you).

Which county do you need? Obtaining public records free of charge varies county by county. Some counties have information available online, some charge a fee for this online, while others do not offer this option at all. Often, if you are able to actually go to the county courthouse in person you can run the search yourself and view the record free of charge but it will most likely cost you to make any copies.
