Is there some specific thing you think was done wrong?
The suggestion others have made of taking it to another accountant for review is a good one. If there's some specific item that you are questioning, you could post your question here. Be aware that many of the answers here are given by people who don't really know about tax law, so might not be correct.

Basically, if they were not done correctly the IRS will eventually catch it and send you some paperwork and let you know the errors---if there were any. It may take them several months, but they will find it and send you a notice. Hopefully, that is not the case with you, but if it is and you were not entitled to the full amount of the refund that you already received, they will let you set up a payment plan so that you can pay back whatever you owe--if any. Other than that, just do what the other posters suggested and go online through H & R Block or Turbotax and just double-check and see if it comes out the same.

Other tax prep services probably have this too, but H&R Block for sure has something called The Second Look program where they will check over the return for you for free to see if it's done correctly. If not, you can hire them to fix it by filing an Amended Return to get you any additional funds you are due.
What makes you think it wasn't done correctly?

Take your paperwork to another accountant. If it was filed incorrectly, you can file an amended return to correct any mistakes. You would need to file a 1040X to correct a mistaken return. It may cost you something to have another accountant look it over, but you could get back enough extra to pay the added cost. Even if you have to pay some of it back, that's better than getting caught up in an audit and having to pay penalties.

So obviously you have a computer.
Even if I file my taxes by paper I go on Turbo Tax and see how it works out.
It's free until you file. So you can see what your refund will be.

Examine your copy of the tax return. Or you could pay someone to have a look at it.
