windows 32 error file is missing or corrupt i do not have windows cd to download and can't log onto laptop to download help

i can till you how to fix it but you need a xp cd i would take it to a local pc shop they could fix it in a snap however if you can get a cd read this below when you get to the part for the command you would type Fixboot

Write down the name of the file. It's probably a .dll file. Then google it. You can download it online.

Sounds like you will have to upgrade your Laptop, or try an OEM purchase of the same OS ( cheaper that way)
