Doing something that relax you in some way: practicing sports (swimming is the best option), getting a massage, fishing, walking by the beach or close to the sea, or go to a place when people practice yoga, or go by yourself to some kind of road trip, like driving your car through a beautiful place surrounded by plants and nature's elements, listening to your favorite music, that can be really relaxing too: listening to a slow and relaxing music that you enjoy, dancing, etc.

Find something, or someone FUNNY!! Seriously, laughing produces beta endorphins, which eliminate stress in the body. There are only two ways to increase the production of these powerful chemicals, one is Laughing, the other is excersize, so........Jog in place while you watch a funny movie???

do something that you enjoy. maybe cooking or taking a walk or a run. i find bubble baths with candles, oils and magazines pretty relaxing.
