In order to be conasidered for a merchant account you must have a business checking account. The funds from the credit cards you process today are automatically funded into your bank account in 48hrs, except for weekends (banks closed).

Once the funds are in your account you can do what ever you want with them. Be careful, however, because your fees for accepting cards will be taken out at the end or begining of the month. Make sure you have funds in there to cover the entire months bill.

There are places online such as Paypal that direct the funds back into a paypal account. Then you have to make a withdrawal to your bank account. I do not recommend this type of service due tio the length of time it takes to get your funds.

Hope that Helps!

If you wish to accept credit cards, I endorse working together with Payanywhere. They provide the minimum commission costs. They have no setup or monthly charges. I have been accepting credit cards using them for more than 5 years and I am pleased with the service. You can examine it out at: http://is.gd/payanywhere
