I don't think they expect a gift as they have probably really enjoyed all the preparations. However I know where you are coming from and it is a lovely idea. What about a wedding memory box and it could be personalised to suit? They will have allsorts of things they will probably want to keep from their son/daughters special day. Their corsage (the flowers can be dried), menus, place settings, favours, small informal photos, Order of Serivce, invitations etc The list would be endless , it's amazing what they will want to keep from the day. If you are handy you could even make one of these boxes yourself and I am sure they would be so grateful for the effort you made. Good luck on your wedding day and for the future.

If your mother and future mother-in-law are anything like mine, they won't expect a gift of any kind. Most mothers cringe when thier child tried to offer a gift. Most mothers actually enjoy helping out and that is one of the greatest gifts of motherhood-to be there for your child and participate in his or her wedding/planning.
So, I have a plan for my "mothers". I am making my own bouquet. I am also adding two smaller bouquets in with mine that can be "detached" during the ceremony and given to the two mothers. That is a great way to honor them and all of their hard work and dedication to the two of you.
It's just a suggestion, but whatever you decide to do for them will be lovely.

Wow! I think that's a lovely idea! I suggest pearls (earrings, bracelet, or necklace)--a gift that will remind them of your wedding every time they wear it. A good place for affordable, good quality pearls is qvc.com. Enter honora into the search engine and see if there's anything you like.

Normally you would present them both which a beautiful bouquet of flowers at the wedding after you have given the bridesmaids their presents. Other than that do they collect anything? if so that would be a nice personal present to give x

The easiest method: a nice thank you card. More elaborate would be to take them out to supper or lunch.

Just give her your love, she will know what you mean, as she still needs your love, possibly more than ever now
