She wants to see me!?

Question

My friend texted me today saying how she had a strange urge to see me. We are good friends and I see her almost everyday but its usually unprovoked. Meaning i just swing by her dorm room unannounced. She has a long distance relationship so she a I never got together. So today she tells methat she had a strange urge to see me. I said "really? why?" and she replied (via text message) "I don't know. I just really want to see you." Am I looking too much into this or is there something that is about to happen between us? Please everyone is encouraged to answer this question.

I understand the emotion that might be involved in wondering what's up, but to point out the obvious, you're not going to know what's up until you just go see her!! Just FYI - girls, by thier very nature, are very emotional creatures, and I often get the urge to "just see" someone that I really like, or want to spend time with, because I like how I feel when I'm with them. I'm guessing that's the case with her. If she wants more than that, trust me dude, sooner or later, she'll tell you! GO SEE HER!! :-) Good Luck!

You won't know until you see her. If you didn't want it to be more, you wouldn't expect it to be. She may just want to see you, or talk to you, and have no ulterior motives. Talk to her and ask. Tell her how you feel. She will probably understand. Most women want to know how someone thinks about them.

your not looking TOO much into it. it could be she likes you and is tired of her long distance relationship. maybe you just need to ask her if she likes you. if she says yes then you ask her why she is going out with another guy. she may just surprise you with her answer.
