There is 14 Ibs to a stone. So 165 / 14 = 11.785714 (ignore all the number after the decimal to get a stone reading.) Then do 14 x 11 to get a pound reading = 154. Then minus your orignal figure to get the pounds that you add to 11 stone. Equalling 11 stone, 11 pounds.
