I - 3 cigaretts really isnt that bad.I mean its not good but its not bad either..It isnt good for her health, explain to her that she still can get lung cancer.Putting smoke in her lungs is no good.Hell, tell her there is enough pollution on this earth going in her lungs, she dont need to add anymore to it.Or does she inhale? If she does it wont be long till shes up to about 1/2 a pack a day. I sure wished I could turn back the hands of time, I would never had picked up my first cigarette. You can tell her that.Tell her us "old heads" wished we knew what you kids know now about cigaretts today. We would have been fools to pick a cigarette up knowing what it would do to us. We didnt know that stuff back then. Hell, I smoke a pack a day.I sure could do something else with that five dollars I pay for cigarettes. Who buys her cigarettes for her??Or who gives them to her??They are just as quilty. Ask her if she likes particapating in sports at her school?? She wont be able to in about a yr. because she wont be able to breath. Just tell her to be smart, put the damn things down now, before she wont be able to.

I've been a smoker for more years than I'd like to admit, here's what I have to say about it. Have your friend read these words and take them to heart.

Over time, smoking greatly reduces your stamina and endurance; Strenuous physical activity will take more of a toll on your body, you're wear out faster and recover slower.

Smoking also causes you to produce more phlegm so you'll be coughing up mucus much more frequently than you'd like.

In time you may become an average smoker of 2 packs a day or more, and the cost of supporting the habit will be tremendous even if you buy the cheapest cigarettes available.

Longterm effects of smoking are widely known, the sad reality is that if you are a regular smoker then you probably will eventually die from a smoking related disease like lung cancer or emphesema.

The addiction creeps up on you, before you realize it you're hooked and hooked for life. At first you'll smoke for a few days, that turns into a few weeks or months at which point you begin to accept that you're addicted. The years roll slowly by then and a little more of your life expentancy falls away with each year that passes.

You may want to quit and even try to quit, but it's something that very few people are successful at doing. Forget the nicotine patches and gum, they don't help like the advertising says they do so if anyone thinks they can start smoking and then simply chew some nicotine gum when they want to quit, think again... Addiction to cigarettes is so powerful and overwhelming that many people who already have cancer and other diseases, STILL can't kick the habit, not even to add a little more time onto their life... It's that addictive.

The social aspects of smoking are horrible. The smell on your clothes and in your hair is disgusting, your breath leaves much to be desired too. Your home, your car, everything around you will carry the hint of a cigarette smell.

Smoking works it's way into every aspect of your life and robs you of many simply joys and pleasures. Because once you're an addicted smoker, you find that virtually everything in life revolves around having that next cigarette. It becomes an involuntary action to reach for that pack of smokes. Smoking controls you, you don't control it...

There was a time when smoking was actually considered to be acceptable, but that was long ago. Today with the tremendous knowledge available about smoking, only an absolute fool would ever light up a cigarette.

It isn't a nice feeling to know I'll likely die eventually because of cigarettes because I'm so hooked on them that I simply can't quit, regardless of knowing the facts. To become a smoker is simply a choice but once that choice is made, to become a non-smoker is a virtual impossibility.

Not a good idea, she is probably getting addicted to nicotine and will have a very difficult time quitting if she does not quit extremely soon. It will also likely cause her difficulty breathing in the short term that will make all her colds seem like pneumonia. She is also setting herself up for cancer and COPD. Tell her to stop at once.

The effects of tobacco are gradual but she is putting herself at risk for lung cancer, children with low birth weight (if she wants children), heart disease, her teeth and nails can become yellow, her clothes and breath can smell bad (no offense but it is true!), etc. Nicotine is an addictive substance. Please try get her to quit now before she does any more damage to her body.

It will affect her lungs, her hair and skin will smell like cigarette smoke and her clothes will smell too. It will stain her teeth and possibly her fingers. It will shorten her life and cause premature wrinkles. It causes lung and sinus problems too. If she is a minor who is buying her cigarette for her? I have a problem with people who by cigarettes for minors. Smoking in itself is a personal choice but when people are willing to buy cigarettes for minors that is just wrong.

Over time it can cause cancer and emphysema, or other breathing problems. Plus, she will have yellow teeth and really stinky breath and she won't be popular with boys and will be very depressed, eat lots of chocolate, get really tubby, and have a heart attack.
