Well you know the answer don't you. But cut a lemon in half and rub the juice on your fingers. Acts like a bleach (which you could also stick your hands in if desperate).

You can buy a number of products at the Dollar Store that will help this problem. Go to the Soap and detergent Isle and get some Comet Liquid Gel that contains Clorox.. That will clean those stains. You may want to buy a small OXY clean while you are in there, and start adding that to your Laundry Detergent, when you wash your clothes. That same ugly stain is sticking to your clothes weather you know it or not..

You can use a pumice stone (this removes the top surface skin).

Prevention - hold the cig UP and don't let the smoke curl over the fingers - it's the tannin that stains.

Rub the stains with a pumice stone and lemon juice, which should remove them. In the future try and hold your cigarettes differently so you don't get the stains in the first place.

Hmmm... Well, yes, if you stop smoking you will not have the stains on your fingers. But, maybe you could wear latex gloves while rolling. It may be kind of goofy, but that's all that I can think of!

Bit of showergel and a kitchen scrubby thing - you know the ones - sponge on one side - abrasive plastic scourer on the other! Just rub gently or you'll rip your skin off OR stop bloody smoking!!!!
