I can't believe people are still falling for these scams. If you ever really win something, you will get a registered letter, and you will never need to pay a fee or provide a bank account number. Also, you only win lotteries that you have entered.
IT IS A SCAM, dude.

Congratulations!!! You are most likely the proud winner of a scam. When you get something like that there should be no monies that you have to pay. Do not give them your bank account number, or social security number. If you do then you can expect to have your account emptied, and your credit ruined.

It's a scam. They are trying to steal your identity and empty your bank savings. Delete it.
