HI i'm 22 boy i'm 1and 67 cm i want to increase my hight did any one know how can i make it with out takink medicines just onley by taking dites or sports and tell me plz brifley

The only thing you can do about your height is wear cowboy boots with the 3 inch thick heel. Will make you appear taller anyway. But you have reached your maximum height at this point.

Get some special shoes to make you taller. There is no other way.

There is no way to increase your height. That is determined by your genes etc.

wear lifts in your shoes or buy special shoes that add about four inches to your height
