if you are 4 foot 8 then 115 is overweight. quit being a girl. that is a good weight for you.

Not by a long shot - and forget the BMI crap. It is far more important that you are a healthy 115 lbs. and it sounds like you are.

I don't know but you could lose weight and still be fine, if you want to lose weight don't do it with dieting, it should be with excercise and healthy eating.
