Go to your doctor you may have a heart problem. This is very serious and i am worried for you to . Are you eating enough food? Are you eating 5 to 9 serving of fruits and veggies. Are you getting enough sleep. These are the only things I can think of. This is serious and you should talk to your doctor.

Let me get this straight, you have almost been fainting for a few months and haven't been to the doctors? Are you mental?
And if you drive, STOP right now, you don't want to plough into some kids or something because you pass out at the wheel.
Jeez, it amazes me people will take their cars to the garage for 'a funny noise', but your body starts acting up, the only thing you can't replace in the world, and we all just sit around ignoring it, or asking strangers what to do! Crazy world.

I have a feeling that he isn't just working out to lose weight. I think he is or has anorexia or bulimia. His body does not have the vitamins and nutrients that it needs to survive. He is probably addicted to the exercising also. He needs professional help. He is slowly destroying his body organ and is not even aware of it. This can lead to death. My purpose is not to scare you but to show the seriousness of what he is doing to his body. Next time it may not be almost fainting but a heart attack. His body cannot take what he is doing to it. This is a load on you but can you talk to your school counselor they are trained to help. Or talk to your parents or his. Discuss with him that you know what he is doing. Obviously he is hiding it. He needs professional help, this is an addiction that he cannot stop on his own. This is becoming more of a problem for young men. He needs some kind of intervention with help.

You might not be getting enough water; aim for 8 glasses a day.
And try to stay away from too much caffeine (e.g. coffee, tea, sodas, chocolate); it can dehydrate you.
Your blood sugar may be low, too.
If these dizzy spells are really bad and continue for much longer, go see your doctor.

You need to see your doctor immediatey.
Are you eating enough ? could be something to do with low blood sugar-I get this alot as I have a tendancy to hypoglycemia. Also low blood pressure or simply not drinking enough water can have this effect as well.
Is it possible you are pregnant ?
Basically there are loads of causes and you need to get it checked out pronto !

Go to the Doctor, you may have low blood pressure, or an inner ear infection. Get it checked out, just to be sure, ok?
