All breed name should be capitalized. The dog (lower case d) is black in color and is a Labrador (capital L because Labrador is a place).

'cause a labator retriever has different genes--u can do a DNA-- if u want ---everything u read in the "Readers Digest" doens not mean it's true. Most labs --as are pit are loving--the pits just have a bad name. But maybe they have a gene in their blood that makes them vercouious My sister thinks so and another does not

The Hell are you asking?

There are yellow labs, black labs, chocolate labs, but they all are Labrador Retrievers. A Pit Bull is a pit bull.. its not just a bull...

Iam not sure I understand.

Here's the rules for capitalization: http://www.grammarbook.com/punctuation/capital.asp

When it comes to dog breeds I would venture to guess either way is common. Some may consider breeds a proper noun, however technically I would say they are probably not. For example we are "humans" but you wouldn't capitalize "human" if used in a sentence.

That's not exactly a huge problem, is it?
