getting more sleep,or if you are still feeling tired when you wake-try sleeping somewhere else to see if you rest better.also what you eat can cause a fatige feeling.eat healthy along with watching the amounts you eat should help,do not eat right before you go to bed.do not eat sugary items before bed,the sugar can work your system up.you may not have a problem going to sleep,but it can cause you to wake up many times during your restful period-which will definately cause fatigue.if your not stressed these should work.

Like the others said, get more sleep. Go for walks in the fresh air, be sure to do your hair & makeup every day (even if you aren't going anywhere) and try upping your protein intake. Avoid refined carbs as they tend to make some people sluggish. Avoid candy/sugar too, it is a temporary rush. OH I almost forgot - drink more water!!

well, I mean it may be in another form. depends on how you view the Divine or whatever name you know Him to be. Pray, release all those stiffness with a good conversation.

If you're into yoga... do! :) stretch those tired muscles... waken your senses.

if meditation works for you... then do. its better than spa...

Sometimes a power nap, no more than 20 minutes can be refreshing!

Depends. I feel more alert after I jog than before I do. your body needs to get endorphins flowing.
