my friends have said like yoga and pilates and running alot but im not sure... i have to run alot for volley ball but im not gaining any kind of muscle in my legs and im a girl so im not up for like bench pressing and that kind of stuff.

cardio is the best to burn calories like volley ball.now here's the trick to a lean cut up look.use dumbells the all in one kind 20s 15s 10s.arnold the terminator has a book the encyclopedia of modern body building its great. the trick low weight high reps get you very cut up not the powerlifter look that's for big fat dudes. do 4 sets of 10 to fifteen reps of one exercise. 40 to sixty movements of one exercise.here are some shoulder presses you can do about four different presses just by where you place your hands,flys,curls, good luck

very simple drink a lot of water 6 liters a day if u dont have a habit then increase consuption gradually. eat fiber food. stay away from salt and sugar.
