theres this boy jose and he found i like him he told my friend o i think she is pretty and i want to get to know her and then after school came and he told my friend again that he still thinks im pretty but dosent wanna go out with me...is he lying will he talk 2 me next week??

Well maybe he thought that you're pretty and he liked you at he beginning, but then he probably realized that he didn't like you enough to go out with you. Or maybe he didn't want to go out with you because you can't really be someones boyfriend or girlfriend just because you think they're pretty. Maybe he needs to get to know you before he wants to go out with you and then if he likes who you are, then most likely he'll wanna be your boyfriend.

Oh the stupid games... I remember them well.
Generally, he's trying to make sure he doesn't seem needy / desperate / overly interested. I'd imagine he's looking for you to show you're interested.
These games will be played back and forth for a while. Some people enjoy the drama and uncertainty, but I was one of the few that actually wanted to enjoy having a relationship.
Trust your gut above all else.

He's not lying, he's just shy. He probably will talk to you next week, just don't be too clingy or annoying, talk with him from time to time. But, wait, and he willl come.
