I like making this buffalo chicken pizza (it has BBQ sauce instead of pizza sauce, boneless hot wings, mozzarella cheese, and bleu cheese dressing on top of it baked on a Pillsbury crust) and I am trying to find a side dish or something to serve with it. Does anyone have any ideas?

Best is to have a fresh fruit and vege salad and some fruit juice.
I'd use mandarin oranges, apples, tomatoes , lettuce leaves or what leaves come in a bag of salad. No croutons. Just squeeze some lemon on it. A dash of salt and pepper, a tablespoon honey is optional.

That will balance the diet.
Have a good time.

Serve it like you were serving hot wings/boneless wings:

Celery sticks
Carrot Sticks
Ranch and Blue cheese dressing

Keeps it simple and goes with the theme of the pizza!

I'd go with a nice mixed green salad and a light dressing like a vinaigrette. Some lighter and cooler than the pizza.

A nice light salad would be the best thing. A little vegatables to give you a healthier dinnner and also would offset the heat of the pizza
