I do a lot of pilates and yoga, but i really want defined legs with sexy calves. Any suggestions?

By getting them massaged by the person in opposite sex of your choice! That way, you will eventually find no need or reason to be obsessed with such thoughts!

Turn your toes inward just a bit, then arch your your feet and stand on your toes for a count of 5. Then rock back on your heels curling your toes upward for a count of 5. Do 10 repetitions 3 times a day. In 30 days you'll start noticing a sexier definition of your calves and thighs at the same time slenderizing your ankles.

Yep lots of calve raises for the bottom part of your legs and squats that tones up the top part of your legs nicely! Plus lots of cycling and running should do the trick.

I'm doing pilates everynight and my legs and sexy and toned. You can try walking around in the house everywhere walking on the balls of your feet.

Running is by far the best for your calves. Cycling can do wonders for the upper legs and glutes.

You have to do calf raises to build the muscle and you have to be trim enough so that a layer of body fat isn't covering all of your definition. So workout with weights to build some muscle, eat right and run to lose the body fat.

do LOTS of running and bicycling. Also try some toning exercises like leg lifts and squats.

try leg crunches,riding a bike,walking or jogging.these all have helped me.
