1. The Shahadah, we admit orally and in our hearts that there is no God but God, and Muhammad is a prophet.
2. Pray five times a day, so we will be reminded that we are God's creation and never forget to worship him.
3. Fasting during the month of Ramadhan, so we would know how the poor feels like being hungry.
4. Perform the Haj at least once a lifetime, so we would visit the holy city of Mecca and be reminded of our history.
5. Pay the zakat annually. 2.5% of our property to the poor and needy, to help them.

Shadah which is the testimony.
La ilaha illa ALLAH, Muhammedur rasoolu ALLAH. I testify that there is no God but ALLAH and that Muhammed is his slave and messenger. The purpose of this is to die believing in ALLAH, and Muhammed(PBUH*) and Islam. It means you are a Muslim.
2)Salat: Pray 5 times a day. This is a time to worship ALLAH and ask his forgiveness for any sins you have committed.
3) Zakat(alms giving)- providing upkeep in places of prayer(mosques) and by helping the poor. It's charity.
4)Swam(fasting)- two ways this is done. By not eating pork, drinking alcohol, smoking or eating any other forbidden foods, and by not eating or drinking or sexual relations during daylight hours for one month which is the Muslim month of Ramadan. This is to let us experience what the poor people go through every day and also helps build our spirit.
5)Hajj- must be made ONCE in every adult Muslim's lifetime for women and men. You have to be physically and financially able to do this. This is a chance for all Muslims to come together regardless of sect and worship ALLAH. It is a time when all sins of the past year are forgiven. If you die on Hajj you go straight to Jinnah.

1.The Testimony of Faith (Shahadah) - the declaration that there is none worthy of worship except Allah (Arabic:God) and that Muhammad is His messenger.
2.Ritual Prayer (Salat) - establishing of the five daily Prayers.
3.Obligatory (religious) almsgiving (Zakat) - which is generally 2.5% of the total savings for a rich man working in trade or industry, and 10% or 20% of the annual produce for agriculturists. This money or produce is distributed among the poor.
4.Sawm, Fasting.
5.The Pilgrimage to Mecca (Hajj) - this is done during the month of Zul Hijjah, and is compulsory once in a lifetime for one who has the ability to do it. If the Muslim is in ill health or in debt, he or she is not required to perform Hajj. They do this to show moral importance to Allah, and to join the Ummah (family of Islam).
the purpose doing these 5 thing is to show how grateful we are to everything what allah give to us,including being a muslim

Fasting during Ramadam
Prayer five times a day
Giving 2 and half percent of your wealth to the poor
