we have met up a few times and have kissed. ive stayed over his place too but we havent slept together-even tho he wants too!!lol

That text doesn't really say much about the guy or how he feels about you but if he doesn't make any real effort to see you then I'd say move on.. he'd make it clear if he liked you!

I'm sorry to say it,but this was his wuss way of brushing you off. He would've definitely suggested another time if he wanted to see you. You mentioned in your text that you hadn't heard from him in some time-that in itself should tell you that he wasn't interested-and he took the coward's way out by doing the old ignore thing.
Forget him and find someone genuine.

He definately would have put something different in the text if he was interested. Out with mates is a total blow out don't go there go and find someone fabulous who asks you to meet up with them!

honey i dont want to sound stupid but if you dont think you really know him, like you dont know what his fave band is or program or what there really like deep down then its going nowhere so dont waste your time
and it could be worse, he could live the otherside of the world in constant danger and allthough you flirt he doesn't know that you rlly like him, when you've never even seen a picture of each other. You want to tell them but everytime you get near it your afraid if things will change...
