go to the gym if its too cold out to run or play sports. Run on a treadmill or use the bike. it burns LOT of calories.

Its awfully hard, because you have to be extremely disciplined about both what and how much you eat.
Its much more difficult to get enough of the right mix of vitamins and nutrients when you have to limit total calories.
I couldn't do it. I find ways to get in significant aerobic workouts indoors. Swimming laps several hours a week at the 'Y' and stationary bike in my basement are the most used. Running outdoors is still doable most of the time, unless the snow is too deep or its below 0°.

There are several ways. One is to take B complex supplement; as it will burn all the fats to make you loose weight. Second, is to drink lots of green tea - - which is supposed to also reduce cholesterol and blood sugar content. Thus, enabling you to loose that calories much faster.And last but not the least, skip breakfast for 2 days of the week and drink water and fruit juice instead of carbo-loading.Trust that helps...
