Ask him:
1. Name top 5 people he admires
2. Name top 5 values/priorities
3. Tell you his most embarrassing moment
4. Ask him what he would do if he found his g/f cheating
5. Ask him what he would do if he was caught cheating

These questions lay the groundwork so that you can check if he values family, friends, problem solving, etc.. EVERYTHING you need to know to see if YOU are interested in pursuing something more.
If he values cars/friends/etc more than family, he's not responsible/mature, etc...

Good luck!

You'll probably turn a guy off by talking too much anyway. Just chill and let conversation flow naturally, not like an interrogation. Seriously, is this guy like a talk show host or something?
