Ok its a really weird spot only in my left leg. I use to have shin splints but those have gone away with my new shoes i got. Also i have been running almost everday about 3 miles. The pain is in the middle of my leg on the inner side. It is under my shin bone so i dont think that its shin splints again.(I am pushing right under the shin bone and that is where it hurts) This is the only spot in my leg where it hurts and i want to know how to dissipate the pain. Thanks.

Muscles can have knots (trigger points) that make them tight which in turn put pressure on nerves and other things causing pain.
Molasses - a couple of swigs or Bananas 1 or 2 - both contain magnesium and potassium for muscles.
Try working with the principles taught in The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook by Davies.
I use a chiropractor and massage therapist with it

Geez, that's like asking a plumber to help you fix a leak over the phone. I think you really need to see a doctor to get this figured out. Maybe you'll need an x-ray to make sure the bone is okay.

well, since you have news shoes, that may be the culprit, dog. go to a GOOD sports store and ask to speak to someone about supination and pronation. If they don't know what supination and pronation are, leave. they should be able to help if you explain your problem, some will even let you try shoes out to try to help. hope you get better, dog
