You should be able to get it at any store. But read the side effects carefully. My friend tried and it was awful.You have no control with the gas(she farted all the time) and she said there was a greasy discharge from her rectum.

Well, there are some countries in South America and Africa where you can get just about any drug without a prescription, but the prices will be astronomical, and bringing them back to the states would be illegal.

When it is safe enough to be sold that way! By the way, don't depend on diet pills - rather follow a well-balanced diet coupled with regular exercise!
